Researching skills.

Research Skills enable people to identify a problem, collect informational resources that can help address the problem, evaluate these resources for quality and relevance and come up with an effective solution to the problem

Team working.

The process of working collaboratively with a group of people in order to achieve a goal. Many problems are best defined and solved with the input of other people. 

Emotional intelligence.

Emotional intelligence, the ability to recognize the emotions of yourself and others, will help guide you to an appropriate solution. therefore this skill is important as it is worth considering the impact that a problem and/or its solution has on you and other people.

 Risk Management.

Risk management is thinking about what could possibly go wrong, deciding how likely that would be, and taking action to avoid either the problem or its consequences. solving a problem an come with a risk, therefore measures need to be taken to weigh the risks against it not being solved.

Decision Making.

In problem solving, decision-making involves choosing between possible solutions to a problem. Problem solving and decision making are closely related to another, and  to  make a decision is an important part to the problem solving process as you will often be faced with different situations and that requires different alternatives.
